Remarks

Thrown when an MS data file cannot be opened or indexed. Derives from IOException, so existing file-error handling still catches it.

Thrown by SpectrumFileReaderFactory.GetReader, and by FileReader.ReadSpectrum, ReadSpectrumEx and ReadChromatogram when given a new file name.
