Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any person (the “Recipient”) obtaining a copy of this software and associated documentation files (the “Software”), to deal in the Software without restriction, including without limitation the rights to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the Software, and to permit persons to whom the Software is furnished to do so, subject to the following conditions:

(i) an acknowledgment that the Software was not authored by, approved or reviewed by Thermo Finnigan LLC, together with its Affiliates (each referred to individually and collectively herein as “Thermo”);

(iv) the Recipient must have a valid, current Instrument Application Programming Interface (IAPI) License from Thermo Finnigan LLC or another Thermo Fisher Scientific affiliate;

(v) the Recipient may not use the software on any mass spectrometer products other than Thermo Fisher Scientific mass spectrometer products that support the IAPI, subject to the terms of the IAPI license;

(vi) The above copyright notice and this permission notice shall be included in all copies or substantial portions of the Software.
